Monday, February 27, 2012:  Play submissions need to be RECEIVED by this date at: Donna Earley c/o ArtsLink, 141 Main St., New Martinsville WV, 26155 March 4, 2012: T-Shirt Order forms and payment due. Please look for new form to be added soon. Sunday, March 11, 2012:  Final Date for All Area Festivals. No Area Festivals after this date. Friday, March 16, 2012:  Deadline for ALL State Festival Forms to be received by the State Director! State Dues also need to be paid by this date. Schools that don’t register or pay state dues by this date cannot participate or compete at the State Festival! Festival Fees, however, can be paid at the registration desk at the festival on the first day of the festival.
